At Book Outpost, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Return Window

You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

How to Return an Item

1. Contact us at your convenience to initiate a return
2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
3. Ship the item back to us using the provided return label
4. Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 1-3 business days
5. You can also proceed with a return yourself without contacting us if you are comfortable doing so.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
